We Do it Right – The First Time.
We know how frustrating it can be for your equipment to wear out before its time. That is called inherent obsolescence. We believe it’s important to go the extra mile to dramatically reduce this condition. Not only do our brakes last longer, the equipment that creates them does also. Our vacuum insulated cryoprocessors were built for reliability and efficiency, which in turn produces a better brake. They are so well manufactured that our competitors have told us they wish they had our machines. With features like these you can see why our cryoprocessors consistently produce a superior product:
- They are the most efficient machines available.
- Lowest use of liquid nitrogen of any available machine.
- Patented heat exchanger technology minimizes thermal stress and shock.
- Totally dry process, no spray bars to spray liquid nitrogen on the payload.
- Heating element allows tempering right in the machine.
- Our cryoprocessors do not use compressors, which have been known to fail on our competitors units.
- We use Industrial grade microprocessor controls, not unreliable home grade computer control.
- Our Cylindrical design with ducted forced air-flow assures better ventilation, consistent processing & eliminates hot corners.
- We can handle any quantity.
- We have facilities all over the U.S.
- If necessary, we can even produce a custom machine.
Our parent company, United Cryogenics, Inc. builds the most efficient cryoprocessing machines available on the market. These rugged, vacuum insulated machines process materials at the lowest total cost of any machine. Being vacuum insulated, their lifespans are easily five times that of the competition. Although their initial cost is slightly higher than competitive machines, they exhibit the lowest overall cost for any machine on the market by a wide margin.
The CP-200vi, CP-500vi and the new CP-1200vi cryoprocessors are capable of automatically cycling payloads between the temperature limits of -300 and +300ºF. The payload temperature is reduced by the use of an internal heat exchanger to eliminate thermal shock. A microprocessor-based, industrial-grade controller allows us to program, store, and execute complex time/temperature profiles.
