Better product. Better savings.

At Precision Fleet Brakes we cryogenically process brake components to give them a longer life. That means your fleet and your profits keep running as scheduled for up to 4 times longer than Original Equipment.

When you consider the longer life of our products and factor in the reduced downtime and replacement costs with our products you actually yield at least 40% lower per mile costs in parts and 60% lower per mile costs in labor. That's pretty significant.

Longer life means less downtime and increased asset utilization.

Our brakes are proven to last up to 4 times longer than OEM brake components in both the lab and on the street. We've got the research to back it up. Additionally, all our products conform or exceed the material specs of SAE J431 and SAE G3000.

Plus, our products are environmentally friendly. After all, with products proven to last longer, there will be less brake by-products in the environment.

We're everywhere you need us to be.

We have manufacturing facilities in many different time zones across the country to assure you that your orders will ship efficiently and quickly. Our facilities in Texas, Massachusetts, Illinois and North Carolina will speed your orders to wherever you are. Furthermore, with our new manufacturing facility on the West Coast we will literally have coast-to-coast facilities.

Big Orders? No Problem.

Government

In the last few years we've moved beyond racing into providing brake components to law enforcement and municipalities in Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Texas and Virginia. That is just the beginning. We currently provide our services to the largest sheriff’s fleet in the nation. Also, the US Post Office and Ryder Truck Rentals use our cryogenically processed brakes.

Based on this in-service experience, you can see how we have so much confidence in our product. We have received nothing but praise and we don’t stop there. A test is currently underway with the cooperation of one of the largest law enforcement agencies in the nation. An independent laboratory will confirm that EMS pads and rotors last longer than OEM brakes.

Fleet

Over 25 years of racing experience.

We love moving fast. In fact, our 25+ years of experience include on-track research for racing teams at Le Mans, Daytona and others. Today, 50% of NASCAR teams currently use our services and products.

Customers racing at Sebring and Daytona have told us that our brakes were a major factor in their winning and that’s a true testament to our product’s durability and dependability. As you can imagine, racing is merciless on brakes. Even in events where brakes are rarely used, they still take a beating. If you want to win, brake failure is not an option. Our cryogenic processing by Controlled Thermal Processing doubled the life of their rotors whether they lasted half a race of a full season. Plus, treated rotors increased the life of their pads, reducing the overall brake costs and saving them a bundle.

Now we’re racing into fleet service.

But now we've expanded our focus beyond just speed. Areas that are probably more important to you. Like, increasing asset utilization by reducing the downtime of fleet vehicles, and increasing the life of brake components and reducing cost-per-mile.

We understand the needs of fleet operations. That’s why we developed these revolutionary new brakes to serve in the harshest driving environments. We manufacture the highest quality product right here in the USA. Our brakes can even be turned up to 4 times in most cases, and leaves less brake by-products in the environment.
